Master the Art of Buckwheat: You will learn to prepare Makguksu, a refreshing and healthy noodle dish made from buckwheat. We’ll show you how to balance the perfect sweet, savory, and spicy sauce that makes this dish a favorite during Korean summers.

The Secret to the Perfect Crunch: Forget flour-heavy pancakes! We will teach you the traditional method of grating fresh potatoes to create a 100% Potato Pancake that is incredibly crispy on the outside and wonderfully chewy on the inside. It’s naturally gluten-free and packed with flavor.

Makgeolli Experience: An introduction to the Makgeolli(Assorted Korean Rice Wine) making process and a professional tasting session of 6 different kinds. English-Speaking Guide: Full instructions and cultural storytelling provided by a fluent English-speaking coordinator. Full Access to Cooking Studio: Use of all professional kitchenware, facilities, and amenities within the studio. Tasting 1 Bowl of Makguksu + 1 Plate of Gamja-jeon + 6 Tastes of Makgeolli per person. The Makguksu and Potato Pancake you make will be served for tasting during the class, and you can take home one bottle of Makgeolli after the session.
