Pick-up Information: • Pick-up is available from all hotels and residences within Dubai & Sharjah city limits. • Pick-up time may be slightly earlier or later depending on traffic conditions. • Please be ready 45 minutes before the start of the tour. • This activity lasts approximately 7 hours, including travel time. Safety & Participation Notes: • All vehicles are 4x4, fully insured and equipped with safety features including roll bars, seat belts, GPS tracking, and first aid kits. • Drivers are trained, licensed professionals with desert driving experience. • Children under 3 years old and pregnant women are not allowed to participate. • Guests with neck, back, or serious health issues should avoid dune bashing (or book a private car and skip this activity). • Baby car seats are available upon request. Please contact us in advance to arrange one. • We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase their own individual travel insurance for this trip. Camp & Activities Information: • Henna painting is included (basic designs only; detailed designs may require extra payment). • Shisha is included in the designated common area only. Table shisha is available at an extra cost. • Vegetarian options are available in the buffet dinner. • During Islamic holidays or Ramadan, live entertainment (Tanoura, Belly Dance) and alcohol service may be restricted in accordance with UAE law.
